Payment
You may pay by credit card in advance or in cash on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will apply from three days before the event date. The amount will be equal to the participation fee at the time of booking. However, if the participation fee is less than 2,000 yen, a flat fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.

What to Bring
• A valid photo ID (My Number Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Health Insurance Card). Please present it at the reception.
• A pen.

Behavior & Etiquette
Please follow the event flow and participate with respectful behavior throughout the event.

Dress Code
Please attend in clean and neat attire. Overly casual clothing such as sandals, shorts, or sweatshirts is not permitted.

Age Requirement
Participants outside the specified age range cannot join the event. Please check your eligibility before making a reservation.

Event Cancellation
If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified at least two hours before the event start time. Number of Participants Please note that we are unable to disclose the number of participants, as reservation status changes frequently.
